By using Resolv Social, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Service.

  • Registration Information: When you create an account, we may collect a username, password, and optional profile information. Resolv Social is designed to be anonymous — we do not require your real name, email address, or phone number to use the Service.
  • Health and Wellness Information: You may choose to share information about your mental health, emotional well-being, and related topics through the App. This information is shared voluntarily in community discussions and peer support interactions.
  • User Content: Any messages, posts, comments, or other content you submit through the Service.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., for support), we may receive additional information about you, such as the contents of the message and any attachments you may send, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, including the features you use, the actions you take, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.

  • Content Deletion: You may delete your posts and messages through the App. Please note that some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period.
  • Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@resolv.social. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

Resolv Social is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. 10. HIPAA Compliance

Resolv Social is a peer support platform and is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). While we take the privacy and security of your health-related information seriously, the information you share on the platform is not protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.

Resolv Social is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related information you share in community discussions is shared voluntarily and at your own discretion.

We encourage you to be thoughtful about the information you share on the platform and to avoid sharing sensitive medical records or information that you would not want to be visible to other users of the Service.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
